What We Need
Our client is seeking an Account Supervisor to join their Pittsburgh based team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great creative, flexibility for insane turnarounds and a proven record of being a part of successfully launching national (traditional and digital) initiatives. They must be a strong strategic thinker, able to develop strong personal relationships and manage the day-to-day details of the account. This position will have responsibility for a high profile national client including the account profitability and supervise a team of that includes an Account Executive and an Account Coordinator.
What You Will Do
Raise the "Performance Bar" of others around you ... Be a true agency leader.
Manage client relationship(s), become a "trusted" advisor to the client.
Effectively manage time and budgets, ensuring agency profitability.
Identify and develop opportunities to grow the agency's service offerings within the client.
Be the strategic leader and the agency's expert on all facets of the client's business.
Share and expand the agency's knowledge of the client's business and help drive solutions from these insights.
Manage and lead all client related activities through the agency to successful completion.
Proactively ensure analytics and measurement results for client projects are in place to maximize results.
Supervise an account team.
What You Need
Four year degree, 5+ years with an integrated agency and proven experience in both traditional and Digital/Social media is mandatory. Outstanding leadership, communication and organizational skills. Preference will be given to those with CPG, QSR, or Retail.
