We are currently recruiting Customer Service Professionals for a 3 month assignment for one of our clients in downtown Pittsburgh. Position will be responsible for taking in bound calls, answering customer questions, and troubleshooting for their on-line system. The right person for this job will be professional, courteous, and able to pick up new processes and procedures quickly
Requirements;

Prior call center experience
Strong Communication and inter-personal skills
Good MS Office skills
Ability to work shifts ranging from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
