Job Description:
- This position is hourly and non-management, primarily accountable for assisting the shift supervisor in leading production activities and coordinating safety initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- Comply with OSHA and company safety and hygiene standards
- Implement and Coordinate safety initiatives/activities with all departments
- Collect and develop reports to ensure OSHA records are accurate & up-to-date
- Conducts Safety Orientation programs
- Trains personnel on OSHA and Company safety requirements
- Communicate with other departments on a frequent basis
- Conducts daily meetings with subordinates prior to start of shift
- Reviews daily assignments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Reviews maintenance assignment requirements and coordinates priorities
- Performs routine maintenance adjustments and repairs
- Maintains production schedule and manages any necessary changes.
- Ensures employees adhere to and meet quality standards
- Performs written quarterly employee performance feedback
- Performs written annual employee performance reviews
- Schedules training & ensures documentation of required training activities
- Maintains accurate and up to date production documentation
- Maintains and updates SOPs on a bi-annual basis
- Maintains accurate
