Quality Assurance is responsible for the verification of implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Program. The Quality Assurance Manager has free access to all workareas and the organizational freedom to identify quality problems, initiate or provide solutions,verify implementation of solutions and control further work on deficient conditions until proper disposition has been made. The Quality Assurance Manager’s responsibilities include the following:

Providing direction, guidance, and support to all levels of the organization
concerning quality issues, industry trends, and practices.

 Reporting annually to the General Manager - Fabrication concerning the
effectiveness, status, and adequacy of the Quality Assurance Program.

Notifying the General Manager - Fabrication when conditions adverse to quality exist
and cannot be resolved within existing program channels.

Ensure strict compliance with all ASME Code, regulatory, and customer contract
requirements.

Maintaining custody and control of the Certification Mark to prevent loss or
unauthorized use.
